All inspections are performed in accordance with the Code of Ethics and the Standards of Practice of NJ. We will provide an, on the spot, detailed written report of inspection describing the visible structural systems of the home. Copies are also mailed to the Attorney and Realtor. The report is based on observed conditions of the house, which exist at time of the inspection and includes recommended maintenance of your new home.
